Before reporting a problem

Check Help
Common file, question-generation, rate-limit, and refresh issues are covered on the Help page.

Protect your content
Describe the behavior and browser, but replace article text and filenames with non-sensitive examples.

Include stable details
Share the locale, browser version, light or dark mode, and the visible error code when one is shown.

Make the problem reproducible
Include the steps that lead to the issue, whether a Blog article or custom text was used, and whether a refresh changes the result.

Keep reports public-safe
Issue reports are public project communication. Remove names, email addresses, file names, reading text, cookies, and request payloads before posting.
